Whenever the markets are trending lower or you hear phrases like "credit crisis" in the news, there will be hostility towards Wall Street, even though everyone says they understand that the prospect of losing money is part of the game.

It's funny these main street people who think Wall Street is a bunch of no-good, over-paid evil thieves....it's b/c of the i-banks that people could get money to buy houses, towns can get debt to improve, etc....it's the individuals fault when they fuck that up

Why do you say this? Two government sponsored entities are in danger of having their entire shareholder's equity wiped out, the housing / subprime mortgage crisis will possibly hand the whitehouse to a democrat just for the desire for "change" How does GW own wall street?
