waking up hungry...

Am i the only one that has to get up 1-3 times a night to have something to eat? Im not juiceing or take any controlled substances. Ive heard that thoose who take roids tend to have this kind of problem but since im not i find it kind of strange. It hasnt always been like that, it started perhaps a month ago when i started my heavy cycle. But i have done plenty of heavy cycles before without having to eat this much.

I went thru a period of waking up in the middle of the night every night to eat cereal ( i know, bad choice) and i found that once i started doing it, it snowballed into a habit and i believe my body was physically expecting me to feed it every night like that. So be careful cuz once it starts, it tends to not wanna stop. Your body is getting used to eating at that time of night and therefore will get hungry at that time which just continues the vicious cycle.
Im not sure how i stopped eating in the middle of the night tho. I dont remember if it was a conscious effort or not.

If you wake up hungry yet you do not feel like preparing something nutritious, I feel that drinking a glass or two (10-16oz) of water does the trick. It is also better than sleeping on all those calories.
If I MUST consume something then I usually have a chicken wing or a shake.
