I'm up, off to da gym.
i work nights. this is my evening. i did once have a job that required me to get up at 4:15 AM to be at work by 5:30.

I used to work nights. One job would have me in at 7AM some days. But I never ever slept past 11am/12PM tops. Never took little naps and was still at work by 10PM ready for the night.
I don't mind the early hours. I'm done by noon. I don't know what I'll do once school starts though... Ahhhhhhhhhh cross that bridge when I come to it I suppose.

Ummmmm I meant what I will do with my children when school starts for them. I am single mother to several little kids. I can't very well leave them alone to get themselves ready for school and I can't very well bring them to open the gym at 5AM on a school day... can I?
Perhaps you have a suggestion because as of now my options are nil.

My man wants me to hire a nanny. But my place is too small (it barely accomodates just me and the kids) and I am not ready to accept his financial assistance just yet. I have to really REALLY trust a man before I will let him help me financially regardless of how badly I need it.
I was talking with my manager about this quandry. Perhaps they will let me open and run home to get the kids off. But then they will be home alone. A LOT of single parents leave sleeping children home alone because they can not afford quality child care. My children aren't babies by any stretch and if their father wasn't SUCH an asshole, that is what I would do. I only live about 7 minutes from work. So I could just leave them sleep and get home for an hour to get them off to school and come back....
As I said, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

4 weeks out of 6 i work 4 pm to midnight.
2 weeks out of 6 i work the Dreaded Day Shift, 7/8am to 4 pm.
sometimes i swap off the DDS, if i can find a sucker to take it.
i am NOT a morning person!!!! i am often quoted at work as saying "anything before 10 am is still last night".
2 more days of the DDS.

I have always been a morning person. I am bright eyed and bushy-taled whether it is 4AM or 3PM. I have a sunny disposition ALWAYS, unless I am sick. Even then I prefer the company of peeps as it helps to keep my mind off feeling ill. Unless I need to lay down - THEN I WAN TO BE LEFT ALONE. I don't want to subject anyone to my bitchiness... it is brutal when I honestly don't feel well.
I used to be such a morning person. I don`t know what happened.
Anyway... I slept 2 hours last night. It was my birthday. *smiles*

LOL hiya darlin'.... yup I kept those hours once too! Worked at one club where last set was at 5AM or whenever the DJ got tired of working... We used to get home as others were on their way to work. Was that ever freaky.

i have worked at a few places like that the last club like that was open 24 and that was like 3 yrs ago it sucked getting home early in the morning but they had shifts for girls so it all worked out.
here i get home about 2:30 am, and they just started this wrestling thing and its only 2 of us who do it. i have some sore knees from the kidde pool and slamming down on them but i won twice out of 4 times.
sorry so short but i need some luvins before work, - not that kind just some cuddlin, take care and talk to you soon sweetie
