Faceless man, I would take 1/5mg tab every 3-4 hours through out the day until you go to bed. SLEEP is very important. Good Luck!

Exactly. Halflife of dbol, as I recal, is about 4 hours. Take it every 4 hours for even levels. Take it at night only if you wake up anyway.

thanx for the replies!

what i was confused about was if i took 1 tab every 4 hours that would take me 20hours to take 6 tabs i belive, so that why i thought it might be an advantage to take them at night. obviously a major pain in the ass though.
