nowhere affordable near me has a squat rack they only have smith machines

none have seated cable row machines (one of my fave compound lifts)....but floor pulleys with not enough weight

just about good enough dumbells but possibly not enough in the future

.....after doing smith squats for a year me and me knees arent going back! what am i to do :bawling:

(on the plus side this new gym has central heating, no rust and a rubberised floor....things im not used to. and no i didnt sign anything....i just paid for 1 time entry :) )

miyagi :)

the martial arts classes are all about bodyweight training and pad work.....no weights

what am i to do with no squat rack :( :sulk:

whatever man, you should see my college gym. Unless you're there first thing in the morning, you won't even be able to see the 40 ft long mirror due to the 100 people standing in front of it. Not to mention if you actually find a space to stand, the chances of any weights other than the 5s being left is highly unlikely. Oh yes, and also I think they have an sleevless Abercrombie dresscode that they don't tell me about too, because I'm the only one that wears a hoody.
