VZ6800 phone from Verizon

So, I get this phone, pretty cool, internet full keyboard touch screen, slides open. Cool phone. 3 months later (yesterday) I slide it open and it falls apart in my hands! The screws came out and the store was trying to tell me they don't cover damage. I was like wait a minute you fuckers! This phone is brand new and fell apart in my hands! So now they are sending me a new one. Still like my GZone phone the best though!
