hmmm thats kinda broad...depends what i was trying to accomplish on my on phase....so really you might have more then 2 responses for just one person...cutting/bulking..
I picked the "work as hard as I can" one...But as hard as I can off cycle is a lot different than when on. It can be discouraging initially to lose some strength, stamina and recovery ability - but you will get over it. hit the iron. It's good for you. Puts hair on your chest.
I try to eat everything in sight and p/u cars and trucks and less reps and not much cardio! If I'm really feeling good I'll go for an airplane or bus! Serious heavy, heavy weight and less reps and a little bit of cardio.
Since my one dbol run i lowered weight and increased sets for 2-3 weeks after then went right back up to low sets high weight and seemed to keep all my size and oddly enough i'm still increasing strength. IMO cycling between heavy and non heavy excersies is just as important as gear itself at maintaing size.
