Finisteride and saw palmetto are both anti-androgens. Not a great idea while trying to make the most of your gains. .


As for a good multi -- compare ingredients and see for yourself. I don;t know of any more potent than DX7 from Protein Factory. But decide for yourself.

What I heard people do is use nizoral for their hair. It a topic that fights DHT but won't affect anything internally. I hear some people even put nizoral on their skin and it cleared the acne up because it fights DHT.

Yes, but a good idea when not trying to go bald.

I like to see what others take but generally I take a good multi vitamin, vit e,
a fiber supplement, cranberry extract, green tea extract and udo's choice always while on and off

Well, you seem to have quite a lineup there. About saw palmetto, i seen in several "superdrol for dummies" threads where they talk about taking it but my question is wouldn't that effect your gains in a negative fashion? Even so it's still a good ideal to help fight prostate problems, hair loss and acne.
