Vitamins for women

I was looking to buy a multivitamin but I see they have some specifically for woman does it matter if I just get a regular multi vitamin that doesnt specify its for woman ?

You can take what guys take its just vitamins at the end of they day. Wouldnt surprise me if the they charge more for "woman vitamins"

women tend to be more deficient in certain vitamins vs. men. so supp companies market certain supps more for women and more for men.

at the end of the day if you go to n2bm they sell a multi that covers BOTH sexes
