If you take individual vitamins as opposed to one multi what would we say would be the general requirements of bodybuilders. Lets natty and with AAS..... namely these:

Vit E (1600 iu)
Vit D3 (20,000iu)
Vit B12 (have injectable)
Vit B complex (label says 2 I take 4)
Flax/fish/krill oil ( 6000 mg flax currently)
