F FunkMasterFlex New member Nov 16, 2002 #2 well vit E before a workout showed better recovery and less muscle damage so either use 1 with your multi or use both before you hit the gym. The study used a 1000iu but 800 should be ok. You dont really want to go past 1200iu if you are healthy.
