palmers actually makes a lotion with all 3 of the above mentioned... works pretty good for brand spanking new ones but the only real cure is prevention... it won't get rid of old ones or reduce there appearance.

vitamin E oil is great for skin blemishes. just make sure your using a potent oil(i used one that was 70,000 iu). anyways rub a little oil on the stretch marks after ur showers. and also use a loofah or something during ur showers and go over the effected area in small circular motion to stimulate the skin. hope it that helps.

I'm using PurCellin oil(Bio-Oil) on my hernia scar (it is huge). I have seen a slight improvement over the past 30 days. It is inexpensive, $10, and I got it at the local pharmacy.

I think I may eventually see a plastic surgeon to get it reduced it is so bad.

I used Mederma on my ankle scar and it worked so-so. The key is to hit the stretchmark or scar very early.

i'm currently using bio oil on my wallet made from some endangered animal or whatever the fuck is in style now days
