Once I start my next cycle I will increase my intake of Vitamins(like we all do) and supplements and I was wondering if its more benifical to take the vitamins all at once or spread them out during the day?I know you want to spread the Vitamin C througout the day because of them being water soluble. I'm going to take:
Multivitamin
Vitamin C 2-3grams
Glucosamine
Panothenic Acid
B6
B12
If I was to take them at breakfast that would be 6 pills at one sitting, am I going to absorb all of the nutrients from them. Or should I rely on my quality food for the B6 & B12 and cut them out.
