vit. c tablets and carbs?

are there any carbs in vit. c tablets? i got a sore throat today and i'm going to get sick again. i have a feeling vit. c could help a bit..any advice for if i get sick on a ckd?

people around here have been getting high temps, stomach flu, bad cough, and more stuff all at the same time. nasty bug spread all around this area...

i take vitamin c daily, theres only 1g of carbs in it, your body will burn it off in no time

but they are negligable
