Visible fat!!!!! argh

well at the moment im 9 stone at 5 foot 5 so what weight do you think that i will need to get to, to be able to get rid of stomach/lovehandles?
 
well I'm 6'1" 180 and my stomach is pretty defined but I'll always have love handles it seems. I really don't mind since it sort of accentuates my hip cuts.

I feel the very same way about my own love handles. I can see my lower abs just fine but my genetics have me pegged with relatively thick obliques....I still look sexy so....
 
I am just worried that i will be losing weight but that i will still have the gut and handles when i am even underweight!

I am also worried that i will be losing muscle weight also but im losing between 1 - 1.5 pound a week so how much of this would be muscle?
 
The thing is - it's not possible to lose fat and keep ALL of your lean muscle mass. So yes, you'll lose muscle mass if you want to drop your bodyfat % - the trick is to try and preserve as much muscle as possible (the eternal struggle that we are all very used to!!)

Similarly, if you're trying to add muscle - there's going to be some fat that comes along with it. No way around it really.

If you diet properly you should see the least amount of muscle loss....but if you starve yourself you'll fall into the "skinny-fat" category that you were looking to avoid (e.g., no muscle mass and a gut!!).

Eat dammit!!

I found that i did still have the lower abdomen fat when i was at my ideal weight in other parts of my body, I had lovehandles before my diet but they came off for the most part with everythign else, its the damn puffy nips and lower abs that wouldn't go. Seems like me and u are both candidates for yohimburn. Im planning on buying a bottle after my next paycheck. Ill let you know how it works out.

Right now i am off that diet and on a maintenance diet(well maintenance based on what my old maintenance was) strangely i am still consistently losing a pound or so a week. I think i speeded my metabolism up alot while on my short CKD. Im confused about this but o well. Even more strangely the wieght that im losing seems to be coming off of my abs more than on a CKD. If anyone else experienced this metabolism increase after a CKD please let me know (hehe its very nice for me tho, eating what I want as far as carbs go and still losing) i still eat healthy for the most part but who knows i did before my CKD too.

Watch out...sometimes\certain body's seem to have a delay (I know I do) where I don't see results from what I'm doing at the moment, but delayed a few weeks. So the fact that your keep getting more defined could be from your just-completed diet-effort. Keep pounding away the carbs and it could come back.
 
i have been off the diet for 2 and a half weeks. im hoping nothigns coming back and im still losing, I really think my metab is just increased...... for some reason i could just feel it. Im sure other people can sometimes feel if their metab is up or down? I shouldn't be gaining im hoping especially becuz im eating cleanly now and at maintenance. Thanks for the response has anyone else experienced something like me?

You wiegh 126lbs and want to loose more? How old are you, your a dude right?

I know what you mean about that last stubborn patch/pouch. Just stay the course and eventually it will go. I have heard good things about yohimburn helping with this.

i now i don't weigh much but i still have love handles and the belly pouch bullshit thibng and i wanna get rid of them. so to do this i have to lose more. God i hate dieting!!!
 
Well I envy your determination and progress. From all the post here that I've read and other sources it just takes time for the body to let go of it.

thanks wraith, its been hell but i wanna look good and if dieting is what it takes then dieting is what ill do. Im gonna get some yohimburn then get rid of this stubborn shite then probably think about bulking to get some more muscle on me as im only a lightweight at the moment!
 
ya i know how u feel, I dont wanna bulk until im down to how i want to be, not reason to put on more fat until i get rid of the stuff i have! That way after i bulk i only have to lose what i put on, which should be easier to lose than this stubborn as pouch!!!
 
if all you have left is your gut/love handles and you actually do purchase yohimburn would you please be so kind to post your results.

all the posts i have read say it works, but it also says that they aren't sure since they take ECA and have been working out hardcore.

so.. if you are one that is doing the same routine, not losing the love handles and you try yohimburn and it works out for you let us know.

Yes, it is so much easier to lean out when you have alot of muscle, and onece you change your body's composition, its hard to get fat again, in my expirience.
 
if you don't have any abs, then you won't have anything to show :)

you might be down to 7-%bf and still not show a six pack, if you haven't built the ab muscles up.
 
mass build hrm ya if ur that small u prob should put some more wieght on, if i get rid of my pouch then i will have a 6 pack but i weigh 170 with a height of 6 foot. I think I am BARELY big enough to take some weigh off. I wouldn't do it if it were fall but its gonna be summer..... I am purchasing my yohimburn tomorrow (assuming I get my paycheck before the bank closes) I wish i didn't have to mail order it tho :( I hate having to tell my parents what im buying, they are super ignorant when it comes to fitness. (im only 16 :( ) yohimburn im hoping should take away most of my stubborn fat, wish me luck!
 
yeah man good luck, im only 19 myself and ive had to order a credit card to be able to order the yohimburn from online, god its bad that really, even my dad doesn't have a mastercard!

This is VERY true.

But about Yohimburn, i used it before it actually came out 2 years ago and i tested it for Macro, this was when you bought the Y-HCL and the liquid seperate, and had to dose it yourself. This i have to say worked FUCKING GREAT. I never didn't have love handles and i got lean, very lean, i looked great, and i was VERY impressed.

i have bought the new Yohimburn(the one that comes combined) and i can't say i am very impressed at all.
