Here's a novel idea. Take your ass to the gym and the grocery store. Work your ass off in the gym for two or three years and eat a bodybuilding friendly diet the whole time. During this 2-3 year period read and research. If you still can't make an informative decision on your own ask again. If you had read first you would have known we don't post for sources around here. The first thing you need to search for is the "Newbie Post" Here you will learn the rules of our great board. Not trying to flame just want you tu use common sense. The only secret formula is consistency. Damn I need to go squat after this!!!!!!!

Deca is probably the best combination of gains with minimal sides. Most of the potent steroids cause the worst sides (avoid anadrol for 1st cycle) They also seem to be the worst for retaining gains. When I stop a Dbol cycle I start losing my gains quick. I have just finished a deca cycle and I'm waiting to see how much I lose. My friend did a deca only cycle and not only did he keep all of his gains when he quit but he continued making gains months after he quit.
