Goals: Stop looking like a little vag

My friend and I have been trying to come up with a good cycle for our first time and right now it looks like it will be a combination of Sustanon and Deca, with Clomid at the end. Sorry to clog up the threads with newbie crap, but can someone offer me some suggestions as to what would be best for me in terms of dosages, frequency of injection, and any other things I may need to stack to best prevent side effects? Last year I had some success with Mass Quantities Fury Andro, but I started to notice hair loss and night sweats. Therefore, I'd like to be as informed as possible before beefing up. Any info would be very, very appreciated. As for the dosages, I have no clue how much I should take each week because I don't know anyone under 200lbs that has done this.

Read more about how to get big without using. No offense but you are only 150lbs. I would assume that you would be able to get bigger without using, so quit trying to hurry it. If you can answer yes to all the questions, then you may want to use.
Is my nutritional intake good?
Do I even know how much I should eat?
Are my workouts correct?
Am I undertraining or overtraining?
Do I sleep enough?
Do I eat in big meals or small meals?
Have I researched steroids for at least 3-6 months?
Do I know all of the side effects of steroids?
 
I am convinced that it is impossible for me to gain weight without using. Trust me, I've tried for the past 5 years and nothing changes. My older brother has the same problem at 26. Must be genetic. At this point, I am going to try a new approach, and I hope to start in the next few days. Can anyone share cycle info with me? Thanks.
 
You need to eat more bro. Try something like this


Morning Bread,1/2 liter milk,egg, Banana (as minimum)

2hours later . weightgainer shaker.

Launch. Chicken,Tuna,Bread,Milk as much as you can eat

2hours later . weightgainer shaker.

Dinner. Meat(300g). 1/2 liter milk. Potatos,spagetthi or simmilar.

+ after workout weightgainer.

If you eat all that everyday (not saying I set this up perfect, if anyone wants to add something go ahead). You should get bigger.
 
The thing is, I eat a shitload already...4 protein bars a day, a protein shake, 6 eggs, spaghetti, chicken sandwich, tuna, cottage cheese, cheesesteaks, etc. Every minute I am not doing something else I try to eat...so what else? I even had a personal trainer for about 6 months...to no avail. At this point, I'm sick of putting in so much effort with so little return (NOTHING). Plus, I'll be in a bathing suit on national television in about a month and a half (Elimidate, to choose from 4 chicks) and looking like a scrawny little schmuck just won't cut it. Finally, I made a deal with a girl I am dating that I will gain 10lbs if she loses 10lbs in the next month or two. Sustanon and Deca? Sounds beautiful to me.

at 5ft9 150lbs you are most likely incorrect

post your HONEST diet and routine.. and people will help you out..

all you need to do is keep a log of what you eat and train hard.. at the end of 2 weeks add another meal everyday and then see how that effects you... repeat ...

if you are training hard than most likely you are under eating.. try 6 meals (FOOD) a day.. if thats not working try 8.. if thats not working try adding extra virgin olive oil to all your shakes..

to give up at such a young age and at such a low weight would be a big mistake!!!!
 
I was in your shoes bro... I was 6'3" at 172 when I was 20. Had all the same problems with gaining lbs.
I waited until my late 20's to try AAS. I am glad I did. I am more level headed now. I am smarter... I do my research.
You and your friend should wait a bit and do some more research. I say this for a few reasons.
1. You should only use one compound when you do your first cycle. You want to see how it effects your body. If you use two you don't know which is working or if its both. You would know this if you did your research.
2. PCT. Clomid alone is not PCT. You need to take HCG during you cycle to keep your boys from atrophying. Whether they shrink or not their output is reduced. So when you come off the Clomid will only get you to produce at a maximum of the reduced amount.
*I am assuming you know how long it takes for the esters to clear. If you don't you will completely shut yourself down and get bitch tits.
If I was to do a cycle at your stats I would make sure I had a killer workout in place. You are right about most trainers.. they don't know shit. Find a big guy at the gym and ask him for a minute. Tell him your problem and ask if he would mind writing you out a program. If he does that... talk to him about nutrition. Lastly, If I were you and I was going to take the shit no matter what anyone said... here is what I would do:

wk 1 - 10 test ent 250mg's ew
wk 5 HCG 500iu's a day for 14 days
*remember to keep refridgerated.
wk 13 Clomid.
*day 1 300mgs, day 2 through 11 100mgs, day 12 through 21 50mgs.

Its simple and effective. At 200lbs I gained 20lbs from this very run. I was stupid and didn't use HCG and Clomid. I lost 15lbs of it! Now when I use the Pct I keep about 18 of it and have no sides.
If you are going to do it. Do it right my man. We are all hear to help you... so you don't make the same mistakes we have.
