You guys are strong as fuck! Arent those the same weights they use in World's Strongest Man (for the stones)??? Sick shit!!!! Congrats on the PR's!!!!!!!!!!
 
I have been humbled once again, thos lifts were great. You guys look very impressive, especially since brown and linder are relatively light compared to the weight you are moving
 
Wow linder, those performances are really awesome! YOu are tough at such a low bodyweight! What is your diet and eating look like from one week to the next? What do you think you'll be able to do this year in strongman?

Thanks man, though it is tough keeping the bw low while getting stronger. On a good week... I will eat pretty instinctively while keeping it clean, this way I can continue to get stronger and set PRs while staying at a relatively low bw.

On a bad week... I eat like crap, but still a lot, and get bloated, but still get stronger :)

I've also found that supplementing with EFAs has been pretty beneficial.

As far as what I will be able to do in strongman this year... Number one goal is qualifying for nationals, and secondary to that there are a few people I would like to beat, but other than that I just want to show up and have good days at the meets.

This guy is crazy, he drinks beer and then lifts stones that are twice his bodyweight
