This soldier will be charged with this if his superiors find out he did this. Soldiers are actually instructed to kill stray dogs on a foreign base, but this is cruel. Personally I wish someone would post the name of this SOB and let the American public deal with him when he returns to America (if he returns).

Here is what I find ironic about the situation. People who view the war as morally wrong are stating that we should deal with this guy in a way that is morally wrong. Sure what the guy did was jacked but the solution if you are against the war would be to rehabilitate him, not kill him.

isn't our position in Iraq exactly the same? Yet we somehow are taking 'the moral side' by killing their leader, and enforcing our martial law on them? We've killed tens of thousands of iraqi civilians. What have they done to us?

Iraqi Insurgents = Freedom Fighters = Rebels against their savage foreign intruders...

depending on which side of the flag you're on.
