A buddy just gave me his copy of the video he shot of my show back at the end of sept, so I thought I'd share it. This is of my routine in the evening show. The routine itself was off as I was sick as a dog from binge eating all day, but you get the idea.

I weighed in at 180lbs that morning at just over 4% bodyfat, by the time this video was shot I gained 6-7pounds of water back

yup, I started the diet at 235lbs at 13% bodyfat, weighing in at 245lbs at 11% now

thanks, not in the near future, i plan on going in minimum 20lbs heavier next time I do it, so thats taking a bit of time
