Video Critique Needed! Deadlift & Squat

Squats look good except forthe 5th rep were it looks like you may have lost your balance a bit and your back arched slightly, but you recovered from it which is great. Most people would have just finished the rep in bad form. The start of each rep is perfectly consistent as well, you break at the hips and knees at the same time. Good job.

As for the deads, they look pretty solid. Only recommendation I would have is to tuck your ass down a bit more, other then that, looks good.
 
YEA. i i didnt want to post that i did loose balance, i wanted to see if it was noticable. But i def did loose some balance. I recoverd thank god.

YEap, on the deadlift, its the 4th rep i specifically dont get my ass down and i pay for it. Thanks for the observations lee
 
np man. im envious of the weight your puttin up on deads :D

recovering from a back injury sucks.
 
besides what Lee covered already... I think you're leaning too forward in the hole during Squat like I am... I need to look at your other Squat vids to see, cuz i didn't think u did that before.

Deads... you pulled 'em up - looks tight to me.

lol yea sgt i def started falling foward...

the rumor in the gym is that the floor is crooked, wich was proven correct when the place flooded...all the water rushed to one side, meaning the building is on an angle...i dont want to make excuses so thats why im saying its a rumor... heh

also was tired from the movie making and shit this week, preety happy with my lifts.

one thing that stood out is that you pretty much stifflegged up that 465 - you know what would help enormously is a few months of box squats, I guarentee that you will be using more leg drive to break the bar when you get strong at boxes - which will translate into an easier lockout & more bar speed throughout the lift.. which means a bigger deadlift.
 
Finally some more videos! Everything looked fine except your squat on those last few reps. Keep that back in-line with the bar and your golden.

I'm stifflegging mine last 2 reps on each set as well.....point taken
 
Nice videos! And good technique...at least a lot better than 95% of the guys I see at my gym...

The 465x1 was after i did 418x5 So thats why it was a stuggle. But i won.
The sqaut was a battle as well. But it went up.

Looks like you are leaning pretty far forward in the squats. I would drop down some weight it almost is looking like a GM squat type hybrid. No offense or nothing a few months you will be manhandling that weight I bet.
