vial amount question

I've always gotten 10 mls. bottles of juice but recently bought
some Testex Leo cypionate 250, which comes in 2 mls. vials. Probably a dumb question but is that 500 total per vial or does it take both mls. to equal the 250?

I believe it's 250mg per amp. so it would be 125mg/ml.
