Vey best First Cycle

I am about to do my first cycle and want to know what is the very best first cyle. I was just going to go with test 200 but found another source who can get me about whatever I need, So I want to go with the best. I am about 5'9 165 20 years old and workout about three times a week.
 
It sounds like you could use a little more natural training - 5'9 160 is kinda skinny... but a test 400-500mg/week week 1-10, dbol 25-30mg/day week 1-5 is a great first cycle;)

take liver protectors too ALA at 600-1000mgs/day www.kilosports.com has them for a good price.. also run to www.anabolicfitness.net and go to there AF store and buy there liver protector...also ginger root at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal will help you take down more protein which is great..and drink 1-2 gallons of water a day...clomid after the cycle

anyone else catch this? so that means he hits the gym 2 times some weeks. man hit the gym atleast 5 times a week. gain some natural muscle then hit the gear.
 
steroids are not miracle drugs ,you need to get your diet and training together first. hit the gym 4-5 times hard a week, you weight 165 try consuming 300 g of protien a day . i promise if you do that you will grow

As usual I agree with what Willyumyum has listed. But as some of the other guys have stated you need to hit the gym more often, especailly if you are going to take this next big step.
 
what's wrong with hitting up a 3-day split?....like mon,wed,fri..I know quite a few guys who train 3 times a week. It would make more sense to train more while on a cycle, but I don't see what's wrong with it while off, as long as you keep the volume and intensity up.
