I have been training natural for 15 years, since age 18. Got kinda far for a natural guy in my opinion. 5'11" 215lbs. at 14%.
The 14% bothers me a little bit because I have been down to 8 or 9 but the hell with it I'm going to do my 1st cycle now.
I must say I have been reading these boards for some time now and you guys know your stuff, I'm impressed and greatfull that I can learn by reading these informative posts.
My goal is to gain 10-15lbs. of solid muscle on this cycle. I know this is possible but I need a little help with diet. How much should I eat? I know these drugs are very calorie dependent so I don't want to waste them by not eating enough. I hope that I won't get fat. This is where I need your help. How many calories shoud I consume?
Right now I eat 300g protein, 200 carbs and about 75g of clean fat. I guess that's about 2600-2700 cals. This needs to be increased, but by how much?
My cycle will be:
Weeks 1-5 D-bol @ 25mg/day (is this high enough?)
Weeks 1-10 Denkall T-400 @ 400mg/week
Weeks 1-10 Deca @ 300/week.
Clomid post cycle and I have proviron in case of any estrogen build up, I know it's a poor choice for an anti-e but I don't have anything else so it's better than nothing. Besides, I really don't think I will be needing it.
OK guys, now that you know the backround, how much should I chow down per day?? Remember I don't want to get FAT, just wanna try to gain clean muscle. I would be very happy with 12 lbs. and keeping 10 lbs. after. Hold on to that weight for a few months and then diet down with a good cutting cycle. What do you think?
