Vets Please help with my 1st cycle

I have been training natural for 15 years, since age 18. Got kinda far for a natural guy in my opinion. 5'11" 215lbs. at 14%.
The 14% bothers me a little bit because I have been down to 8 or 9 but the hell with it I'm going to do my 1st cycle now.

I must say I have been reading these boards for some time now and you guys know your stuff, I'm impressed and greatfull that I can learn by reading these informative posts.

My goal is to gain 10-15lbs. of solid muscle on this cycle. I know this is possible but I need a little help with diet. How much should I eat? I know these drugs are very calorie dependent so I don't want to waste them by not eating enough. I hope that I won't get fat. This is where I need your help. How many calories shoud I consume?

Right now I eat 300g protein, 200 carbs and about 75g of clean fat. I guess that's about 2600-2700 cals. This needs to be increased, but by how much?

My cycle will be:

Weeks 1-5 D-bol @ 25mg/day (is this high enough?)
Weeks 1-10 Denkall T-400 @ 400mg/week
Weeks 1-10 Deca @ 300/week.

Clomid post cycle and I have proviron in case of any estrogen build up, I know it's a poor choice for an anti-e but I don't have anything else so it's better than nothing. Besides, I really don't think I will be needing it.

OK guys, now that you know the backround, how much should I chow down per day?? Remember I don't want to get FAT, just wanna try to gain clean muscle. I would be very happy with 12 lbs. and keeping 10 lbs. after. Hold on to that weight for a few months and then diet down with a good cutting cycle. What do you think?

thats tough with those compounds, not like its impossible but their all going to make you retain water and bloat...id replace the t400 with fina, the deca with eq, and the dbol with winny or anavar or something mild...nonetheless if thats what you have and thats what your sticking with, with your experience, body weight, and bf if you want to keep fat gain to a minimum, id say eat 5-7x a day, and around 3500-4000kcal...try to get around 300-450g protein a day...and keep your fat relatively low, you need fat, you definatley need it on a cycle, so dont completely remove it, but try to watch it. good luck and bump for more responses...
 
personally bro i would drop the T400 and go with sustanon, cyp or enanthate. any 1 of those will do you much better than the T400. im talking from personal exp. here and wouldnt touch that shit!! it just didnt do anything more than the other ones.

my bro who did a sus cycle claimed he put a little fat on with sus but his size was huge, and another bro who also got huge says he put on fat becuase he did no work on his abs. so im not too sure if sus does actually put on fat, or is it just bad dieting.

bro u can prob get a lower bf with dieting rather than drugs. so if u wnna help it along maybe get some eca, clen or something. maybe even a bitta dnp.lol. only joking.

but if drugs is ur method throw in some winy or anavar for cutting.
 
Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I will make some changes and hopefully this all works. Just very nervous about doing any AAS just because I never have. Of course I'm still going to do it, my ming is made up. Want to get past this sticking point.
