hey guys i have a recurring muscle strain in my arm that comes back every new softball season.i went to the doc about six months ago,he said it was a strained muscle and he gave me a tennis elbow arm band and some predisone steroid . it helped for a while and then my first fall season practice was last week and i hurt it again.my question is can i inject deca directly into the strained muscle ? i have a drawing showing the location of the muscle. i have deca and dbol on hand that i was going to start soon. thanks

I can't see how deca would possibly helped a strained muscle. It's real good at keeping you celebate though.

You dont have a shortage of hormones in your body, so adding more will do nothing for the cause of the muscle strain, if thats what it is. Your arms and legs are like the tires on your car, if the body is out of alignment the tires wear out no matter how hard you drive. Start with going to a chiropractor that adjusts specifically by x-rays and does a thorough exam on you. PM me if you have any Q's

I have a biochemical/medical background, but that doesn't mean that I know anything more in the practical realm than any of these guys above.

If you want site-specific pump, your best bet would be testosterone propionate injected in small amounts, frequently, into the muscle which is the problem. Any other compound mentioned (such as deca, test enanthate, test cypionate, etc.) is a long-chain ester and needs to be metabolized heavily before it's really active. Test propionate is much faster-acting, although it can be somewhat painful to inject, and works much better than the larger esters for a site-specific effect.

Altogether, I would see if the doc would give you a shot of cortisol directly next to the area to reduce inflammation and soreness; it would be more effective than anything else IMO. After the cortisol shot, test prop would be a lot easier to take I would think.

Do not do Deca to try and fix this.

Well, first off its weird that he would say it was a strain. By the looks of your picture it looks more like tendon issue. It looks like the tendon that attach's your forearm muscle. Have

It could be a strain as these types of injuries can happen when you over use of the muscles which are attached to the bone at this part of the elbow. However, the fact that it keeps hurting even after rest, makes me think it is something else.

I would go back in and get it checked. They can give you a cortisone shot there to help you through softball season as well.
