Vets Advice Wanted!!!

i'm a newbie, but i've read damn near every post on here the past week (ok, maybe not every post)....i think i'm ready to start my first cycle.....however, i'd like some comments on my plan.....

basically, i will run a 8-10 week cycle of deca only.....i know some people are against this and some are cool with it.....considering test is not avail from my source, its really not an option (of course, if i could find, i'd stack).....However, i am wondering if it is safe to take herbals concurrent with the cycle.....mainly T3, Vaso, Taraxo (for water retention).....i'm also on Zyban (wellbutrin same thing) for smoking cessation....should i cease any of those during cycle?

my PCT plan is either LiquiDex combined with Clomid (ag guys) or either one by itself....i also want to try out the AIFM everyone's talking about.....should i use that during the cycle? what, if anything, else is suggested?

roughly, my current workout plan is:
mon - chest, biceps + cardio
tue - rest
wed - thighs, calves + cardio
thur - rest
frid - shoulder, triceps + cardio
sat - rest
sun - back, legs
8th day - rest
(start over)

i eat high protein foods and protein shakes (with creatine), etc, etc.....lots of sandwiches, chicken breast, etc....lol....i have to admit though - i'm not in 24/7 all-out-bodybuilding-mentality....i don't count calories/carbs/etc in my food intake....(not yet anyway)

my main goal is to bulk and lose BF %.....i don't anticipate this will be the beginning of a long-term life-time run with cycles....however, i want to minimize losses after the cycle by whatever i can do.....any suggestions/laughs/threats/boos welcome!!

no offense but 1 week of reading posts dose not give you enough info to put together a cycle (and I have to say what you are proposing for cycle / pct demonstartes this). You need to read more, learn more ask more ?. Why are you on T3? HOw long have you been training? Do you do any type of cardio? THere is no magic pill to accomplish your listed goals. I would forget the juice until you get your diet and training into "the all out bodybuilding mode"
 
A retired pro told me "The Juice" is a tool in your tool box, Diet and training are the back bone of your tool collection. You can use different tool to complete the same taks....he went on to say "The Juice" will be waisted if the diet and training are not in check. It's like using a screw driver to take off a lug bolt....lol
 
cool....yeah i understand all that......bear in mind that i have been on a steady lifting and diet regime for right under 2 years now......i feel confident that i'm ready to take the next step.....otherwise, i wouldn't be here.....

thx for the advice....i'm looking for someone who can help me since i'm 100% sure i'm gonna do this.....

seems like everyone is trying to convince me to abort the mission....whats up with that?? :worried:
 
I honestly can't think of anyone who would recommend a deca-only cycle. No one. I think the very fact that you are considering one is what makes the other posters assume you need to do more research.
 
Some people seem to have problems running Deca alone, but me personaly I have never had a problem trial and error brother

This is total crap. What exercises do you do? WHat is your rep range and how many sets? Are you increasing weight at evey workout? Do a search on madcows 5x5 program - this will make you grow like crazy.

i hear ya kbrkbr....i think this board is "anti-deca because everyone on here are raging sexaholics" to quote another post......lol

yeah, i've read all the posts about the deca dick and all that.....seems like everytime i read about someone who got it, there was also someone who didn't get it.....so i'm split about this one.....like he said above, trial and error on a personal level i guess.....

trust me, i WANT to stack with test, but right now, its not avail......i guess i could wait.....maybe even try getting some dbol??

yes, i admit, i don't know what most of the juices discussed on here actually do.....but i'm sure all of you started somewhere..... :)

I agree with Scout… Trial and error.. However, I would rather learn from others mistakes rather than making the mistakes myself.

Outside of Primo and Var, I always run test as a base to any cycle. Not sure how a source can call himself that when they don’t have any Test!! I would opt for a new source, add some test then hit it!!

Run the Adex on cycle, .5mg per day should do just fine.

PCT, I prefer Nolva and Clomid standard protocol.
