Well its the morning right now, and im a little sore. I'll post when I have to go again. Thank for the help everyone..
This has happened to me also when increasing protein uptake, particularly when the protein is derived from shakes.
I think GoldenDelicious is right on. Don't get all stressed about it. But it might be a good idea to see a doctor.
Increasing fiber and water intake fixed it for me.

Alright mate sounds nasty, I went through a stage of having blood in the toilet for about 4 months and I was quite scared. I went to the doc and he basically gave this advice:

If the blood is on the outside of the stool, more than likely it is because you have a tear or just burts a vessel probably being due to constipation and trying to force it out.

If the blood is mixed in with the stool/part of it, then it means that the problem is where the stool is formed which can be serious.

Luckily mine was ok (I just managed to go through a 4 month constipation period). Don't get me wrong I know nothing about medicine or doctor stuff but that is what he told me back in september. Hope it's of some help to you. Good luck.
