very important question...

Yeah it's good for you! Bring some water in there and chill...

Since I'm not in the people you like section...The answer is: You need to add another 90 minutes onto your time. :)

The sauna is wonderful for your pores. I love 'em.

i was just waiting for you to make me laugh. you're in.

:) You knew I was kidding with ya.

When you get out of said sauna, wash your face well, splashing COLD water onto face to close those pores back up fast( keeping the air borne crap out of pores as long as possible too) You might want to add a VERY light moistuizer to skin afterwards too. I like Pevonia products. :)

I bet you'll love how your skin looks in another week if this is your first stint in the sauna.

I thought 15-20 was the suggested max.

are the 20-30 minutes in the sauna really worth the near death experience?

We have a huge Asian population here and the steam rooms are really popular. I love it for some reason but the one I go to is brand new and smells like Eucalyptus.

Then I go into cool water and start over...

only if you are in Europe on one of those coed saunas. Man, I used to almost die of dehydration during my stays in Hungary.

Well think about it, the coed sauna, you sit around with hot sweaty women and all the impuritys im thinking are being removed

Steam room is better.

How is the sauna good for your pores? opens them up? what happens when you step out? Do the close back up again and all that junk is still there?

I was talking to Bret Michaels, Kip Winger, Dave Mustaine, Dio and Gary Coleman yesterday - and we all agreed..

Jacuzzi's * 10 > Saunas

Saunas are great if you're into meeting other gay men in gyms.

ok, here's my health take on a sauna
Saunas are highly recommended and used by people with illness because it's one of the purest forms of detoxing the body.
Most of our toxins are excreted by our skin

So sauna away

Epsons salts with sea salts. Super hot bath in the jacuzzi tub. really works wonders for the skin

It also adds much needed magnisium to the blood stream.

I take them all the time because I have lyme disease and I detox all the time

Why peroxide? I take epsons salt baths but more as it help with muscle recovery.

Peroxide puts oxygen into the blood system. When people suffer from any illness, oxygen helps heal.
Like hyper berack chambers which are used in brain injuries.
Even in a healthy person, oxygen heals the body and detoxes the blood.

Yeah, but how many people work out hard enough to sweat?
