VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION: Don't want to lose what I've worked so hard for....

....Alright here's my predicament. I've been on 500mg ICN Enanthate a week since Nov 1st (8 1/2 weeks total). This was my fifth cycle ever, but by far my best. I took this one very seriously and followed a strict diet and workout schedule. I've gained almost 20lbs (with very little water weight) since I started. My problem is my body is really starting to feel the wear and tear and I was thinking about taking a scheduled 9 day break from the gym to help my body heal a bit. I really would rather not take time off from the gym, but it's gotten to the point where I can;t do certain exercises that I would like to do for various reasons(ex.- can't do deads or squats because lower back pain and can't do tricep extensions or close grip because of elbow pain). My elbow and lower back have been feeling this way for a while, but I just sucked it up and battled through it. I was going to finish my cycle now, but here is where I need your help. Which would be smarted for me to do in oirder for me to keep the gains I've worked so hard for:

1)I should take the next 9 days off from the gym, but run the cycle a few extra weeks in order of hopefully not getting weaker.

2)I should stop the cycle now, as planned, but keep lifting and take some time off from the gym in a few weeks.

3)I should stop the cycle now and take the time off of the gym now.

I really need some help here. I know that coming off of the cycle is the most important time so I don't want to fuck it up now. I do need a break soem time because of what I said, I can't even do deads or closegrips, but I can suck it up for now if that would be better and just do other exercises(what I've been basically doing the past 10 weeks). What would be best for me to do????

This is coming from personal experience bro, though I am not sure if other's would agree with me. I would take time off. It sounds like you really tried to go all out and that may be your downfall. It's great to train hard and past the pain of the training itself, but when it's pain cause by actual injury, it's never a smart thing to continue to push yourself pass that limit. At the end you're only going to kick yourself in the ass like I had to do last year. I should have let myself heal but I didn't. I was too obsessed with training and trying to get bigger. Let your body heal, you and your body will thank you later. PEACE

first congrats on the cycle so far..

i would definately take time off from the gym. if you get a severe injury you can kiss ALL the gains goodbye.

you could take a week or so off but keep on the suace and just keep the protein really high and drop the cals a bit....

you could also just end the cycle take a week off then start training again..

what test ester are you on? if you are on enth i would take one more injection and end the cycle.. then take a week off from lifting then hit the gym again and continue with normal post cycle treatment..

:D :p :fro: yeah whats up dude. whats new? doing anything at the moment(cycle)?

I'm just trying to get my body back up to par somewhat. Let's put it this way, my biceps are STILL sore from last Saturday

Better than taking another inj. you could just come off and help yourself heal by bridging with low dose dbol for a few weeks.

The week off is a good idea. My first couple cycles were ruined by overtraining. It can turn into a downward spiral.
