I just hung up the tuna, NO MORE! I couldnt take it. I got a membership to Sams Club and stocked up on Tyson chicken breast. Sticking with same diet plan but with chicken instead of the tuna.
My winny and T3 will be ending this friday and i will be starting clomid therapy. Im still not as low as I would like to be with my bf. what should I do. Should i stick with a low carb low cal diet and keep with the cardio until I get to the BF% I want to be at, risking the chance of burning muscle and losing some of my gains, or should i boost my cals and carbs up in a week and cut back on cardio until my 9 week off time is up and go with another cutting cycle, instead of a bulking cycle.
My plan was to get to around 8% BF before I started my bulker, so that with all the calories I'd be consuming the highest my BF would get would be around 15%, instead of 20, which is what it got up to with my last bulker.
