hey guys, I need your help.
I'm 28 y.o. I have been training for about 12 years. I just finished a natural bulk training phase, and am beginning week 4 on my dieting. I am 6'4 " 249 lbs. @11% b.f. right now.
I have been offered the opportunity to go in on a 10 week supply of Deca, and frankly I am curious to try it. However, I do not have any direct experience with steroids, but I believe I have more than enough of a muscular foundation for me to get some pretty good results from it, and perhaps break some longstanding plateaus...
My questions to the forum are:
1. Can I still continue cutting up on Deca? Or do I have to go back to a mass type diet?
Right now I am at 2600 (375p - 200c- 34f) cals w/ 20 mins. of high intensity cardio 3-4 x a week. (BTW I train 3 days on - one day off - two days on - one day off.. repeat )
What modifications if any would I have to make to my diet and training routine ?
2. I had gyno surgery back when I was 13 so obviously "bitch tits" is a concern. Will I have to worry about this with Deca ? I am told that Biotest's M6 (I think) has the same properties as Clomid.
3. Do I take the Deca alone or do I have to stack it with other drugs? (I was only told of Deca, nothing else so far, although I'm sure my source can hook me up)
4. Is 1c a week enough for a guy my size and with my background? Please suggest any dosage or changes...
5. Can you recommend a good book I can read so I can learn more about this area?
