Yeah, i agree with bignate. Its really good with intervals. I used to do it with a friend of mine. I would go for 3 minutes and then i would get down and he would get on for 3 minutes. While he was gonig, I would stand there and hop [didn't have a jump rope]. It was really a rather intense workout. Plus, having to alternate with someone kinda gives each other the drive to beat the other's "number of steps" on the versa climber.
But seriously, that machine is intense... it is a cardio machine from hell.
