Versa Climber

I just discovered a Versa Climber tucked away in a corner in my new gym. Woohoo! I may actually look forward to cardio again!

I also found a standing leg curl. I really love this new gym!
 
i use the versa climber for intervals. very effective to get on there and blast your heartrate up and then go to a moderate pace again. i dont think i could hit a long cardio session on there. im done for in 15 min. a good mixup is to do 2-3 min on versa, jump rope for 5 min. etc. etc. etc.
 
Yeah, i agree with bignate. Its really good with intervals. I used to do it with a friend of mine. I would go for 3 minutes and then i would get down and he would get on for 3 minutes. While he was gonig, I would stand there and hop [didn't have a jump rope]. It was really a rather intense workout. Plus, having to alternate with someone kinda gives each other the drive to beat the other's "number of steps" on the versa climber.

But seriously, that machine is intense... it is a cardio machine from hell.
