Vericose Vains

Hey Guys

Im starting to get small uggly little vericose veins behind my knees.... Is there anything I can do now to prevent them from getting worse or anything that will take it away in the early stages?

My parents both had bad vericose veins and it in my genes, but Im sure if I stop it early, it wont develop into anything bad/...

I'm with you there... my mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother all had/have HORRENDOUS vericose veins. I will cry the day mine start to sprout. It will be interesting to see if my more healthful lifestyle will truly have an impact on the severity of the vericose veins that are in my future.
