Ventro glute

Any tips on how to find the ventro glute sweet spot. Ive checked spot injections.com, ive googled it and seen the pics that come up. Yet im still scared im not right.

Split cheek into 4 sections. Upper outter are what you want to hit. There's a big range in there to hit.

Your body will notify you that the spot is wrong if you hit the wrong spot

the pics online give you good enough idea you wont miss, and honestly a slow stab will be shitty either way so pick a good spot and throw it in.
