i started taking clenbuterol 4 weeks ago for 2 weeks.. started with one a day and increased to 4 pills by the beginning of the 2nd week. when i finished my 2 weeks i started taking 3 trim spa a day and monday i started clen again. i've only been taking 1 pill in the morning before the gym and 1 at 4p.m. it's my 4th day and for some reason i feel cramping by my heart -- i think it's by my heart. maybe i'm just being very paranoid. i was going to increase to 3 pills today but now i'm not sure if i should even continue. i'm also taking taurine twice a day along with a multi vitamin, vit c & e and CLA once a day. i'm a femlale and i'm leaving for vegas on august 1st to get settled for some auditions for 2 weeks. i wanted to look as good as possible -- please help!!!
 
Soory about that last post... must be the clen in me making me quick on click. Clen can cause heart palputations, irregular heart beats and elevated bp. For me, these sides usually kick in after a few weeks of cylcing. Could be just a cramp, clen can cause cramping so watch your water, taurine and potasium intake. I think this is where most people run into problems with Clen/ECA. Usually effects my calves, but have had pec twitches. I am no doctor, but supposedly women feel heart pains in their back... had a girlfriend whose mom had a stroke that told me this.

May want to error on the side of caution and back off for a few days, clen has a long half cycle so you will still be burning fat.
 
i'm no doctor but if you feel some'n that unusual perhaps you should cut out the clen.
 
most fat burners will have a similar affect on the heart.
how about just cut em out alltogether and focus more on your eatin habits and training.
 
yeah, it's definietely not worth it!! so, if i drop the clen, what 's the best fat burner i should start in a few days?? pls be specific cause i've only taken hydroxycut and trum spa.. def like hydroxy better. does CLA help?? i'll order the stuff today so i can have it by monday.

an hour of cardio every morning and some sort of activity later on in the day. pretty clean diet!! irarely use anything.. was just hoping too for the next two weeks. didn't think it was such a big deal!!
 
I like the NYC stack, especially after running clen/eca. It doesn't tax the CNS as hard, but I definitely feel the burn. It is also good for women and estro fat and I feel it supress the appetite more. I have been reading good things about Green Tea Extract, but have no first hand experience with it.

Main thing is to keep diet and training in check, 1 hour cardio every am seems a lot to me. May want to change it up and incorporate HIIT cardio training. Since changing my routine, it has really made a difference in my body composition.
