anyone have experience using this. i was going to try it instead of the pills again. its 355ml and .25mcg per ml. does this sound right? is it worth 190 canadian. is it better than the pills?

its just as good as the pills but in liquid form... i have some left over, just besure to measure out the correct dosage of the stuff. Don't just use the pump and shoot it down. It tastes like syrup too.

190cdn is about 120 american.i paid 150 amer.i did1/2 pump twice a day 6am&11am
