We now have a whole Slew of Training logs.. alot that I like to go in and just catch up.. read, get ideas, give compliments etc...

Some get bumped due to new threads... etc

I am thinking that it would be a whole page of stickys.. isn't feasible..

How about a Whole other Forum Just for Tracking Training Logs.. nothing else in there? With the recent additon of many new Platinum members and the growth of the Womens board .. would this be possible.

DUNNO.......EACH MEMBER CAN START THEIR OWN FORUM.....THE IS AN ONLINE-JOURNAL FOR GEAR

I subscribe to all the (Log) Threads I'm interested in, then in Profile "View all Subscribed Threads" and pick and choose...


I guess I prefer to have mine in the women's forum... but whatever is easier for the group I suppose

Going good.. bout to kick my ass gear..... serious...

Going slow, got strep throat, went to the doc. yesterday and got a shot of penicillin. My throat has improved alot but my energy is on the floor :(
Will kick it into gear Monday. If feeling better I might go run the track on Sat.

Started with a sore throat yesterday.. still a bit sore, taking tons of meds hopefull will kick it fast.

Kinda loopy today .............14% with calipers.

Well, according to the trainer at the gym, who insisting he was right on said 14% but, when my trainer and went to the dunk tank, I was 18%.

Dunk tanks dont work if you have excess or small tidal volumes

I think its was in the 11-12ish range because at that point my menstrual cycle stopped

well.. seems I am experiencing some weirdness with mine and I'm not nearly that low. Got the pre-bloat and a short spell but only like for one day. Normally Its a 3 day issue for me. I'm not at all complaining if the damn thing stays away.. but can't handle the on again off again crap ...LOL

I'm prolly sitting around 15ish Sassy... I've gone as low as sub 14 that was on a Tanita.. so maybe it was lower.

Can remember losing it but not at 15 or above. The only difference now is then I wasn't on any form of BC.. I don't think the IUD would have any reaction to this.. esp since its a Copper T.

Maybe its this non-stop 24/7 going going crap I've been doing this past few weeks.. and then maybe its the nerves i've been dealing with.
