Leanteen,
I'm by no way a vegetarian, tried for a week and my dad teasing me with steak cracked me..lol I have this stuff called "Meat from wheat." Can't remember who makes it, I put it in salads, rice, etc... It is really good, high in protein, but awfully high in salts. It is good stuff, just wish they could get the salt out of it! Being a Vegetarian isn't bad, my girlfriend's brother was a vegan for the longest time, then a vegetarian(He needed his eggs and milk), and now he eats chicken, OCCASIONAL fish, but still no red meat. He is a decent size, but even his father, who is a phys ed teacher and health teacher told him that to grow anymore, he will need to start chomping on the red meat... He has been the same size for 2 years, he's going to be 21 in Sept... I believe that being a vegetarian is good in your early years, but to optimally gain size once you plateau, I think it's time to convert to a regular homosapien, eating all the meats.
