sorry i didnt wait up.
I took the cutlets. Made a spice blend which consisted of:
Ms Dash Extra Spicey
Garlic Powder
Salt
Red Pepper (Dunkey like spicey)
Seasoned the cutlets up on both sides.
Heated up a lil Olio di olive (esstra vergine) in a pan. A little guiltless cooking spray as well.
Seared them fuckers lovely. made a good pound. laid them all out on tray. put some leftover homemade tomato sauce on top and some grated fresh mozzarella. Not too much. Broiled half those fuckers and went to tizzown.
THe other half of a pound will be tomorrows lunch (who am i kidding ill be snacking on them on the way to work )

lol! they don't get treated THAT bad, they have to stand in a little crate, but they get force fed all the milk they want and then some.
