whats goin on fellas

whats the best supp that you have used to help increase vascularity .. iv read a few articles and majority of the people are saying simply NO2 .. what do the EF guys say ??
 
Vascularity is a function of:

- genetics, if your veins are not near the surface of your muscles, you will never be vascular

- low body fat

If you have both of the above, then you can temporarily look more vascular with things like simple carbs, glycerol, alcohol.
 
wow .. what a diffrence BK that looks promising


when i work out i am very vascular but it only lasts temporarily and about 20 min later they fade away .. alcohol works hmmm :)

It is physiology.

When you train, more blood flows to the muscles, and it also has to leave via the veins, therefore more vascularity.

Alcohol will work best if you are on a no-sugar, complex carb diet.

It is a competitors trick, and it is only temporary as well.

What is your take on supplementing with Glycerol? I take 30ml pre workout and another 15ml post workout mixed with WMS, bcaa, creatine, and sea salt. Also I take it mixed with BCAA upon waking. I really feel that it is keeping my muscles "full" while eating low carbs. The pumps are sick during and post workout too.

I have only used it on comp day, and it was a suspension of valerian herb as well, just to help with nerves.

Sorry, can't really help you more than that unless I go and google the chemical structure, but it does really increase vascularity, that is certain.

i took glucerol b4 my comp b4 i stepped onstage.
it worked the same as waxymaize but that was the only time i used it
