Vascularity

New member
Ok, so this is completely cosmetic but I'm wondering what some people are taking/using (OTC) for better vascularity. I've heard L-Argnine. Anything else other than dehydrating?

Vigor

Why did you put this in the AAS forum?

+1 vascularity is a function of lower bf.

Low body fat is not the only factor in having thick veins popping.

Increasing RBC, as well as vasoldilation will give you significant increases in vascularity that are permanent for a long time. You ever see a guy with a freaking 1/4" cable running down his bicep? It's because of vasodilation. Increases in lean body mass will also have in increase in the diameter of your veins(which is what vasodilation is).

Yeah, but if your bf is to high you won't see any of it.

this is only true sometimes. I have seen really fat guys with massive thick veins in their forearms bulging because they are well developed.

Now, if you are talking about having veins in your delts and your chest, then yes, you need to have 10% or lower to really be sporting those veins.
