vascularity/strength cycle

timtim said:
thats way too much gear for someone with your weight and numbers. 3rd cycle and 1.5 grams total. ridiculous. either you dont know how to train or your diet is off and by saying you want vascularity from drugs, come on. drop the bf and its pretty easy to have ropes and cables all over. you could do way less gear and get the same results.

agreed bro!

Well thanks for all the advice guys. In response to "my lifts should be higher or i dont know how to train."....Im self taught and have made alot of mistakes and wasted some time here and there. But i am FAR stronger then when i started.. Im FAR stronger then when i was 20 for that matter. My squats low because i have flexibility/hamstring issues (which i am working on dilligently), sure i can do 375 off a bench or parallel but when I go ATG balance is an issue (working on that too). And I dont do a 5x5 to save time or i dont want to be at the gym 6 days a week. My workouts take 2hrs a pop and i have to accessory aerobics/hiking days twice a week. My joints off gear will simply not take more. high volume long workouts every day = tendonitis and then I aint lifting shit. Also I have to say the eq I get is probably underdosed so it is somewhat less then 1.5 g. By the way, the only sides i get is a little water retention and oily skin at the end of the cycle.

i understand, maybe its time to move away from heavy lifts and start training for hypertrophy where injuries will be less likely to occur and you will still grow. 1.5 grams of gear is ALOT. especially for a 3rd cycle. 2 hour workouts are WAY too long. im not being a dick, if you looked into other ways to train youd spend less time in the gym and be much, much less likely to get injured. thats alot of gear. its your body and health so do as you like. try and think long term.

I agree with Tiny Tim. 2 HOUR WORK OUT'S??? That's too long, bro.
Do a 5 day split. 45 minutes per body part. 8-12 rep range. 5 sets.
Bing-bam-boom... you're done. Quality not quantity. Less gear. Test & Var
will take you far!
