Any suggestions?
I've been using HGH for the last 5 months, I have 7 weeks left and I’m thinking on adding var/cle/winn to the last 6 weeks. I know 2 orals can be really hard on my liver but with injecting hgh twice a day for the last 5 months, I really don't want to add any TEST right now.
HGH 5iu injected twice 5 days on 2 days off
Anavar 45mg ed weeks 1-6
Winstrol 40mg ed weeks 1-6 (it should be 50mg ed but don't have enough)
Clen up to 120mcg weeks 3-6
Ketotifen 2mg every night weeks 4-6
Proviron 25mg ed weeks 2-6
Liv.52 twice ed (2 pills twice) week 1-6 and pct
R+Ala 400mg ed weeks 1-6 and pct
NAC 1000mg ed weeks 1-6 and pct
Milk Thistle 600mg weeks 1-5 and pct
Pct I have Clomid/Nolva, can I get help with PCT? Below what I was thinking on doing.
Clomid
50/50/25/25
Nolva
40/20/10/10
I'm 5.11, 230lbs and would like to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 200-210. Train 6 days a week early mornings. Diet is in check (1 cheating meal and dessert weekly) 500 deficit calories and cardio daily, sometimes twice a day. Below is a sample of my diet.
5:30am On whey/8oz skim milk/On BCAAs
5:30am 3 hard boiled white eggs
5:30am 1/2 banana
9:30am On whey/8oz water/On Glutamine
10:00am 3 hard boiled white eggs
10:00am 1/2 banana
1:00pm 8oz chicken breast or Tuna Pasta
1:00pm 1 whole wheat bun
3:30pm On whey/8oz water
6:00pm 8oz chicken breast
6:00pm 1/2 cup rice
6:00pm 1cup fat free black beans
9:00pm On casein/8oz skim milk/4oz water/ On BCAAs
If you guys have any suggestions, I will definitely listen to and make the changes where I can.
