Var timing

I have been taking 40mg var ed, gonna bump it up to 60mg and see what happens, which will basically be a pill at 600am 300pm and 900pm

but if i drop it back to 40mg, do i take one at 600 and one at 300 or one at 6am and one at 6pm???????

6am and 6pm is fine, atleast you're equally splitting it up.

that's what i started thinking, i didn't know if i wanted higher levels though for during workout time, or just to get a level and try to maintain it
