I'm taking 40mg/ day with a good diet and workout program. This is my first cycle and I researched this alot before starting and wanted to thank everyone on this board for the great info. I never realized the importance of a good diet and now I attribute most of my success to just that. Hopefully during the next six weeks I will start to see an increase in strength.
bigrand - you suggested using creatine with it? I have seen differing opinions on this, some say it is a good idea while others say not to do it. Has anyone used creatine with Var?
