Can't go wrong with paper, bd, or qv.

Personally ive only used paper though, good stuff.

Best bang for buck will depend where you get it from though.

Var only is definitely not the "best bang for your buck". A test only cycle would qualify for that in my opinion.

i would say BD just because i thought it worked the best. and what works best is what you want no matter what you pay. especially with Var.

ya BD isnt cheap that for sure. but it worked the best and the money i spent was well worth it because i got good results.
