What's up bro's??
I've been sitting on some QV Var for quite some time now as I have a bad case of tennis elbow and don't want to waste it. I've been to family doc, chiropractor/acupuncturist and most recently ortho doc to try and fix the tendonitis. I finally realized rest was the only cure, along with some mobic prescibed by the ortho doc. I've been doing lot's of legs, calves, abs and cardio to keep in the routine but no upper body (8 weeks). Cardio isn't so bad when it's one of your only options. I think my elbow will be ready Jan 1st so I am going to start upper body again.
Here are my stats:
Male
30yrs
5'9
200 lbs
12-15%? bf
Never AAS, only pro-hormones/steroids
Goals - look as good as possible before Feb 9th (Going to Mexico!!)
- keep majority of gains
- avoid re-injuring elbow
- see what kind of machine I can turn my body into
Week 1 Light lifting 10 mgs Var/day
Week 2 Balls out lifting 20 mgs/day
Week 3 " 30 mgs/day
Week 4 " 35 mgs/day
Week 5 " 35 mgs/day
I also will be taking Cell-Tech creatine, NO2, essential oils, Milk Thistle, Mobic (meloxicam) and about 450 gms of protein (meat/shakes)/day while on this short cycle.
I thought of adding Dbol, say 5-10mgs/day just to boost the var. Keep in mind this is my first cycle, looking for moderate mass gains (actually want to add 5-8 lbs lean muscle and cut fat), history of high ALT tests(liver - alcohol). I fear that my tendonitis will reappear in week 2, but I'm hoping the Var might help it heal.
Is it dangerous to do cardio on Var?
Will I need to do PCT in Mexico, or should I just stay on the Var? Also will I get "the depression" stopping the var before I get there?
And since I'll be in Mexico, how hard is it to bring back gear if flying? Yes, I did read the sticky about crossing the border for gear. Scary shit!
I am willing to put in whatever is required to get back to where I was before the elbow problem, hopefully stronger. Man, I can't wait to lift upper body again! TIA for any intelligent suggestions from the experts.
