var for 12 weeks

I wonder if it's ok to run var 40 mg a day for 12 weeks, 7 weeks wasn't enough to see results, thank you.

If you didn't see any results for 7 weeks forget it. It's either shit var or your diet and or training was bunk. 40mg is also a little low (50 seems to be the norm) for a fella

var alone is very mild so not sure what kind of 'results' you were expecting

if you thought you would put on a bunch of water weight and blow up 20 pounds you were mistaken.

bottom line it was either bunk or it worked but your expectations are out of line

1st var is use to cut and it only works when you run 50 mg and it is a liver toxic 12 week oral is not a good ,and mostly var are fake some time they replace winny because it's a very costly product.2nd it is DHT compound so if you MPB then it can cause you hair loss. And last every supplement or steroids work if your diet and traning is ok ....
