I searched but there is so many garbage threads on var.
It's easier to just ask.
What are the best doses for var?
20mg per day? 30? 50?

being used in a simple cutter.
currently:
just starting var (for first time) 30 mg ed
50mg winny
igf
mgf
albuteral
t3

but I want to get the most out of my var as possible.
oh and this is 8th cycle and yes I know I dont have any test this time.
opinions on best var dose please

I ran 25 ed the first time. Most will tell you at least 50mg ed and some will say 100 ed. I got good results on 25 ed. I am going to run 50 mg ed the next run. I ran mine at the end of a test based cycle and I was pleased. If this is your first time trying var, I say go with 25 but some will disagree. Good luck, I think you will like the results.

that sounds more like what you would do in a bulking cycle....i'm cutting

I ran Anavar at 50mg/day for 8 weeks while cutting. I was also on Test Prop and EQ.

around 50mg would be a good start. Me personally this is my first time using var and i'v been running it 50mg but i havnt seen much from it other than slight strength gains and a more fuller fealing. I am going to be upping the dose to 75 and then to 100mg.
